These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Palm Beach Bites’ optional business services, including visibility, automation, reputation tools, AI voice or chat assistants, and related SaaS offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and any related Service Agreements:
“Client,” “You,” “Your” — refers to the individual or business engaging Palm Beach Bites services.
“The Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” — refers to Palm Beach Bites LLC.
“Services” — refers to optional tools or solutions provided to businesses, including automation, visibility support, AI voice or chat tools, and related software or consulting.
“Platform” — refers to the Palm Beach Bites directory and website, governed separately under Platform Terms of Service.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment for services in accordance with applicable Florida law.
2. Cookies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, and performance improvements related to the Services.
By using the Services, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. License
Unless otherwise stated, Palm Beach Bites LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials related to the Services.
You may use the Services solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Client Content and Contributions

You represent and warrant that:

The content does not violate third-party rights
The content is lawful and accurate
You grant Palm Beach Bites LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for delivering the Services.
5. Hyperlinking and Brand Use
No use of Palm Beach Bites branding, logos, or service materials is permitted without written approval.
Linking to service-related materials may require explicit authorization.
6. iFrames
You may not frame or embed Palm Beach Bites service pages or tools without written permission.
7. Content Liability
Palm Beach Bites is not responsible for content appearing on Client websites, profiles, or third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Palm Beach Bites LLC harmless from claims arising from your content, business practices, or misuse of Services.
8. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue Services
Update pricing, features, or availability
Refuse or terminate service for violations of these Terms
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Accuracy and Availability
We do not guarantee that service-related information is always complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
Services may be updated, paused, or changed to improve performance or comply with legal requirements.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Palm Beach Bites LLC provides Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Search rankings, visibility, leads, traffic, or revenue
Business growth, customer acquisition, or conversion outcomes
Platform uptime or uninterrupted availability
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palm Beach Bites LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for Services during the 90 days preceding any claim.
No specific results are promised or implied.
